Reception for Rick & Angie

Yesterday we celebrated the joining of Rick Fitzgerald & Angie Maurer at my parents house. The party was great times and seeing all our friends and family was wonderful! Special thanks to my Uncle Dave & Aunt Lori for flying all the way here from Vegas to celebrate with us! Maybe one of these days they will move back home...at least during the awesome summer months!!! LOL!!

Saturday Fun at Rockaway Beach

The family packed up first this Saturday morning and headed to Rockaway for a day with the Fitzgerald's (Jerod, Maria & Ari). The clouds never broke, but we still had a wonderful day beach side. Of course no trip to Rockaway wouldn't be complete without visit Flamingo Jim's. In fact...you can't visit Rockaway without visiting Flamingo Jim's. Doing so for someone who has been visiting there as long as we have 30+ years would be a sin.

Melting Moments Of The Day

Kaiden
Today my son kept telling me i'm his favorite mom and how much he loves me over and over again. And I was getting lots and lots of kisses from him all day without a single bribe!!!!

Conley
Said "Hiiiiiiii Pa-Pa" to my dad this evening on the phone. This was a first and I could just hear the excitement in my dads voice. SO CUTE!

I put Conman down for a nap this afternoon and he wanted a car of Kaiden's. I grabbed it without Kaiden looking and told Conley "sssshhhhhh". He put his finger up to his lips, grabbed the car and said ssssssshhhhh. It was priceless!

Conley's First Shiner

It's official...my baby got his first shiner today. Well...not really, but it might as well be. Little guy reached to far and fell out of the wagon landing smack down on his face. OUCH!
