More of Sunriver 2009

Here are a few more shots from our trip in Sunriver. As in Portland, lots of snow came down this afternoon and more is to come down tonight. We can't wait to wake up tomorrow and see how much snow we will be playing in tomorrow.

While Conley took a nap this afternoon, Matt, Kaiden and I snuck away for some sledding in our neighborhood.

We took Kaiden ice skating for the first time this afternoon. If all goes well tomorrow and we have time, i'll be taking Kaiden out on the ice again. He LOVED it.

First day on Mt. Bachelor

Grandpa Smitty purchased new snow suits for the boys. Even more, Grandpa Smitty got Kaiden his first snowboard, boots, bindings, helmet...basically the works! We headed up to the mountain to have some fun with both boys, but Conley wanted nothing to have of it. Poor kid is already cutting his two year molars so his mood was and still is VERY hot/cold!

Here are some photos of the boys up on the mountain and Kaiden learning how to stand and move on his new board. Grandpa Smitty was showing him the moves and teaching him what to do. Thank you Grandpa Smitty!!!!!

Christmas Day

Christmas day was jam packed, but oh what a wonderful day we had. The day started with the boys waking up just after 7AM and diving into their gifts from Santa and us. It took a few moments for both of them to warm up to what was going on, but once they did...wow!!!!

After open up gifts at our house, we headed to my parents and then from there off to my aunts house. It was a day full of Fitzgerald's and seeing family we haven't seen in a few months! As always...it was good times!!

It was so much fun seeing them open up each gift with so much excitement of what was to come. Santa brought the boys a table train set that has been a HUGE hit. Matt and I purchased new bikes for each boy and some more CARS stuff. Mater is super popular in our house right now!!!

Christmas with Grammy & Bompie

Christmas Eve was spent at our house with Matt's mom (Grammy), James (Bompie), Uncle Jimmy, Dave and Jake. We had a great time and had many laughs. I don't think i've seen the boys laugh as hard as they did when Uncle Dave pulled out the whoopie cushion!
