It's Official...The House is on the Market!!!!!

We've finally done it! We became home owners on March 6th, 2003, got married, got two chocolate labs, started a new career, became parents to two awesome little boys and now we're taking the first step to moving on to a new adventure. As of this morning, 3998 SW 205th Ave is posted on RMLS. If you know of anyone interested in a house out in Aloha/Beaverton...send them our way.

Ride around Hagg Lake

Yesterday afternoon we loaded up the car and headed out to Hagg Lake. I've been talking about making a trip out there, but we've never done it. The sun was out and we were all in the mood to take advantage of the nice day. So we all adventured out for our first bike trip at Hagg Lake.
Matt was the lucky one (HA) who got to pull the boys behind on his bike and travel up and down the road around the lake. We didn't make it "around" the lake, but we got in some good biking, some beautiful scenery and great exercise. Oh...and we found a kids fishing pole that was left behind and was in great shape. When we stopped, Matt and Kaiden went down by the water to play with the pole and see if they could catch anything.
It was a great day and we look forward to more trips out there and one day making it all the way around the lake!

Conley and I ran and danced around while Kaiden and Matt tried fishing.

Muddy cute butt!

Easter Sunday

Sunday morning the boys woke up to seeing a few new items in the living room. One...was their outside table and chairs and two...their Easter baskets were filled with lots of goodies! After a long morning, we drove over to my grandparents house to say hello and then off to my parents house. We had a nice day visiting and hanging out with family and enjoyed a fantastic smoked turkey feast! We missed celebrating the day with Matt, but we hope next year he will have the day off!

I have NO idea what Kaiden was doing. I guess just being his silly self!

Isn't Ari just so cute!!!

He was soooooo excited to go searching for the eggs around the family room!

Conley and Ari were more excited about the candy, cookies and yogurt covered craisins in the eggs.
It takes a lot of concentration to open an Easter egg and not spill any candy!

Preparing for Easter...Egg Coloring

The last weekend in March, the boys and I spent some time together hanging out. I had just returned from a busy work trip to Dallas and all I wanted to do for the next two days was play with the boys. So...one of our fun activities was coloring eggs for Easter.
The boys were great. They shared, were patient and best of all...didn't make a single mess!!!!!! That's probably the fun of it all, but no mess in my world is a good thing :) After coloring the eggs, we ate dinner and then decorated our now cooled eggs. The boys loved putting stickers on the eggs and looking at the pretty egg colors! Kaiden...LOVES red these days and Conley....well...my little color blind sweetheart loves anything thats green or yellow. Note...everything green is yellow to him. And really, i have no idea if he's color blind or if he's just still learning his colors, but we're all pretty sure he's got the color blind family gene in him.
