Rose Festival Grand Floral Parade

Today was a big day for the Fitzgerald Family. Dad, Matt, Jerod & Rick all walked in the Grand Floral Parade in their dress uniforms. They all looked so handsome!!! An ol'CC alum works for the city and took some good photos of the four men, but I was able to catch a few just before they had to continue walking and catch up with the crew.

Starlight Parade

Last night the boys and I met up with mom, Maria, Ari and Cully Kaiel (Maria's mom) to watching the Starlight Run & Parade. We had a GREAT time!!! A high school friend of my dad's sets up with carpet, bleachers, BBQ's, beer, jungle juice and all the food you could want. It was fantastic and the best FREE VIP I've ever received :)

Kaiden, Conley and Ari had a great time running around in the street, talking down man holes, writing with chalk on the street and most of all playing with their new bubble guns. Once the parade started my boys stayed still and were just in awe! Kaiden walked away saying that he wants to be in a marching band and play the tuba (sp)?? Rick & Matt's Commercial Career in 2005!

Matt and Rick had less than 30 seconds of fame in the fall 2005. With the World Cup soon approaching, Tursi's decided to make another commercial. Tuesday morning Matt took the boys to Tursi's to be extras in the commercial. No idea what the final clip will be, but if you watch any of the games, make sure to look out for the Smith boys :)
